He is survived by: his wife Marcella Joyce Moore; his daughters, Charlotte Smith of Chaffee and Janet Schaefer (Elmer) of Oran; his siblings, James Westrich of Kelso, C. T. Westrich of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Viola Diebold of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Melissa Graviett, Tammy Glueck, Jeff Schaefer and Kim Pennington. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
