He is survived by: his children, Alex Patrick Gonzaque II, Austin Ray Gonzaque, Kaylei Gonzaque, Samatha Kay Gonzaque, McKenzie May Johnson and Andrea Gonzaque; and his brothers, Larry Ometti of Marble Hill and John Gonzaque of Glen Allen, Missouri. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
