It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert H. Eftink (Chaffee, Missouri), born in Portageville, Missouri, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Eftink and Josephine Eftink (Glastetter); his children-in-law, Sharlett Eftink and Jim Diebold; and his grandchildren, Mathew Eftink and Laura Eftink.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Mary Klipfel; his children, Jim (Charlotte) of Bloomsdale, Jerome of Chaffee, David (Kathy) of Oran, Greg (Shirley) of Scott City, Patsy Brase (Dan) of Cape Girardeau, Marti Obermann (Tom) of Chaffee, Sarah Ross (Rick) of Festus, Clara Essner (Donnie) of Chaffee and Betty Eftink of Jackson; and his sister-in-law Matilda Eftink of Portageville. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: St. Ambrose Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
