He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bilyeu and Dora Bilyeu (Sportsman); and his wife Margaret J. Bilyeu (Margaret). He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Elizabeth Mai and Lori Palau (Luis); his son Raymond Bilyeu; his siblings, Mary Aguero, Betty Costas and Larry Bilyeu; and his grandchildren, Louie Palau and Melissa Palau. He is also survived by relatives and several good friends.
