She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Cunningham and Naomi Cunningham (Dewhirst); her children, Joseph Earl Jr. and Lori Anne Trabold; her brother Denzil Cunningham; and her nephew Justin Maggard.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Applegate; her children, Billy Joe Applegate Sr. (Terri), Kathy Jo Applegate and B. J. Applegate (Kendra); her sister Beverly Rippee; and her grandchildren, Cory Jones, Danielle Applegate and Kipton Case. She is also survived by relatives and many friends.
