She is survived by : her children, Michael Eugene Applegate, Kirk Douglas Applegate (Lori) and Cynthia "Cindy" Kay Conrad; her grandchildren, Caleb Applegate (Kaitlin), Codie Secrest (Cody), Michael Ashley Applegate (Joshua Kling), Cole Applegate, Tanner Conrad and Emily Applegate; her great grandchildren, Josie Secrest, Bailee Applegate, Madison Cole, Everett Secrest, Ridge Applegate, Gatlin Applegate and Stevie Secrest; and her sisters, Janie Smoot and Judy Walker.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barnes Family Funeral Home (1700 S 15th Ave, Ozark, MO 65721).
