She was predeceased by: her mother Geneva Mae Hendren (Boulware); her husband Junior Howard Cook; her parent Johnnie Hendren; and her grandson Michael Cook. She is survived by: her children, Steven H. Cook of Centralia, Dennis, Dorthy Cook and Pamela Branson of Mercedes, TX; and her grandchildren, Angela Foster, Stephanie Collazo, Brian Graf, Justin Graf, Travis Cook and Joshua Graf. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.
