She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Oscar Lappi and Mamie Lappi; her husband Gary Westbay; and her children, Pamela Scott (Stan) of Centralia, Chad Westbay of Kansas City and Gary Wayne. She was also cherished by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
