She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton Carl and Hester Ann Jesse (Tompson); her husband Roy Lee Welch; and her siblings, Gilbert E. Jesse, Martin C. Jesse, Robert S. Jesse and Marian Jesse.
She is survived by: her children, Margie A Whisler of Centralia, George C. Roberts (Vicky L. Jesse) of Centralia, Wanda J. Roberts of Centralia, Randy, Diane Welch of Mesa, AZ and Nancy Welch of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Dawn A. Jesse (Gavin "Rocky" Cline) of Columbia, Jeremy (Jamie Whisler) of Centralia, Melissa Whisler of Centralia, Simon Whisler of Centralia, Andrew W. Roberts of Columbia, Patrick (Ashley Roberts) of Fulton, Maggie (Justin Holley) of Moberly and Hannah Welch of St. Louis; her great grandchildren, Jessica Ferguson, Navy (Alexander), Seairra Ferguson of Columbia, Breylen, Lealia, Alison Whisler of Centralia, Alexia Roberts, Dominic Roberts of Fulton, Jeramiah Vinyard, Justin Holley Jr. of Moberly, Ryan Welch and Justin Welch of St. Louis; and her close friends, Gary and Suzanne Hatten.
