She was predeceased by: her parents, John Waller and Naomi Waller (Gramlich); her spouse Marion "Bear" Hayden; her daughter Ellen Renee Hayden; and her siblings, Charles Waller, John Waller and Helen Westmorland.
She is survived by: her son John Hayden (Rachael) of Centralia; her grandchildren, William Harvey Hayden of Centralia, Luke Ryan Hayden of Centralia and Kinley Ann Hayden of Centralia; and her sisters, Mary Gerling (Marvin) of Boonville, Carol Brown of Boonville and Dorothy Simpson of St. Louis.
