He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Trask and Mary Lee Trask (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Trask (Burns); his children, Ryan Trask of Columbia and Lisa Slap (Ted) of Chesterfield; his grandsons, Andrew Trask and Andy Slap; and his brother Ralph Trask of Belleview, MO. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
