He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Patton and Gladys Mae Patton (Ward); and his brother Thomas W. Patton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Houser; his children, Devona Patton of Columbia and Carlray Patton (Penny) of Broken Arrow; his grandchildren, Jacob Surber, Laney Patton and Luke Patton; his sister Mary Lewis of Centralia; and his sister-in-law Eileen Patton of Centralia.
