Judy McDowell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2021, at the age of 72, Judy McDowell of Centralia, Missouri, born in East Chicago, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Moss and Rita Waclawek; her daughters, Brenda Moore (Scott) and Jen McDowell; her granddaughter Justice Filimonuk; her sisters, Kathy Sparks (Tim), Paula Drummond (Tom) and Linda Rodgers (Knute); her husband Randy McDowell; and her daughter Amanda McDowell. She was also cherished by her girls, her sisters, and her dogs.
