He is survived by: his mother Rosita Reyna Barrera of Karnes City, Texas; his children, Kim Saucedo (Rene) of San Antonio, TX, Nancy Messex of San Antonio, TX, Clarissa Barrera of Centralia, Missouri and Jose Barrera of Centralia, Missouri; his siblings, Irene Tamez (Leonard) of Longview, TX, Arlene DeLosSantos (Rudy) of Victoria, TX, Angie Castillo (James) of Kenedy, TX and Martin Barrera Jr. (Veronica) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Gabrielle, Kimarie, Rene, Kylie and Arianna; and his great grandchildren, Vincent, Lucian, Loki and Kitty. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
