She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Meeks and Roberta Meeks (White). She is survived by: her husband Howard Smoot; her children, Cherri Fadler of Centralia and Troy Fadler (Ginger) of Centralia; her stepchildren, Todd Smoot (Cynthia) of Harrisburg and Crystal Smoot of Centralia; and her siblings, Nylda Gentry (Bobby) of Mexico, Mike Meeks (Ruth Ann) of Centralia and Kevin Meeks of Sturgeon.
