He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Clinton and Helen Cunningham (Bivens). He is survived by: his spouse Karen Fisher; his sons, Jim D. Cunningham (Linda) of Centralia and Charles Cunningham (Julie) of Centralia; his stepchildren, Terry Huskey (Tricia) of New Jersey, Tammy Huskey of Boonville and Travis Huskey (Theresa) of St. Peters; and his siblings, Edward Cunningham of Hallsville and Norma Wyatt of Tennessee. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
