He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Lee and Leta Forshee (Byrrum); his former wife Margaret Schade; his wife Kay Schraufek; and his brother William Forshee.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Forshee (Mickey) of Republic, MO, Darren Forshee of Centralia, Shaunna Forshee of Gardner, KS and Brenda Forshee of Denver, CO; his grandchildren, Amanda Forshee of Centralia, Kaitlyn Allen of New Haven, Teaghen, Tangey Schraufek-Forshee of St. Joseph, MO and Garrett Forshee of Centralia; his great grandchildren, Harper Forshee and Olivia Allen; and his siblings, Winifred Blackburn of Idaho, Melvin Forshee of Idaho and Patricia Bush of Colorado.
