She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henry and Mary Elizabeth Adkisson (Ewings); her husband George Andrew Chase; and her children, Bill Chase and Sharon Ann Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Chester Chase (Bonnie) of Sturgeon and Sandra Chase of Centralia; her daughter-in-law Judy Chase; and her grandchildren, Clayton Chase, Michelle Sandker, Melissa Wilhite, Chris Shuck and Miranda Pollock. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
