She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Norris and Anna Norris (Matheny); her husband Angus Levi Mitchell, Jr.; her former husband Charles Ballew; and her siblings, Bess Reynolds and Clarence Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Juanita Willmeth of Columbia, Ruth Ann Bates (Bill) of Mexico, Patty Mabrey of Centralia and Angus Levi Mitchell III (Jackie) of Hallsville; her grandchildren, Richard Willmeth, Eric Willmeth, Amanda Willmeth, William Bates, Jr., Jeffrey Bates, Melissa Beasley, Tricia Stafford, Michael Mabrey, Gracie Myers, Levi Mitchell IV and Andi Mitchell; her sister Rebul Lange of Jefferson City; and her brother-in-law Pete Mitchell (Shirley) of St. James. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
