It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Gene Ward of Centralia, Missouri, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Adolph and Elsi Elizabeth Ward (Mayzell Griggs); his wife Patricia Cockrell; and his niece Michelle Phillipe. He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Mills (David) and Melissa Souaqui (Mounaim); his grandchildren, Logan, Gabe, Dominic, Trinity and Yassir; and his siblings, Jim Ward (Cathy), Lola Curran (David) and Phyllis Ward. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Centralia VFW post 6276 of the Centralia Avenue of the Flags and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home 104 S. Collier St. Centralia, MO 65240.
