He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn D. Welch and Gladys Marie Welch; and his siblings, Glen Wayne Welch, Emma Lou Owen, Joyce Millikan and Fern Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Ruth Jones; his children, Randy D. Welch of Columbia, MO and Deanna S. Lincoln (Mike) of Centralia, MO; and his grandchildren, Andrew M. Lincoln of Kansas City, MO. and Ryan M. Lincoln of Kansas City, MO..
