He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Barrickman and Mary Barrickman (Fenton); his daughter Diana Lee Barrickman; and his brothers, Charles Barrickman and Bobby Barrickman.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Marie Eddy (George); his wife Dorothy Lee Gorman; and his grandchildren, Travis Harbour (Angela) of Irwin, Cheslie Kirkhart (Dustin) of Shelby and Luke Eddy (Olivia) of Lincoln. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the Appanoose County.
