He is survived by: his close friend Shirley York; his son Josh Lemaster (Rebecca Branham) of Lexington; his siblings, William Paul Perkins (Lisa) of Salyersville, Gregory L. Perkins (Deloris) of Salyersville, Billy Ray Perkins (Christine) of Westville, Janet Faye Adkins (Steve) of Tipp City and Rebecca Jane Morales (Mario) of Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Riley Branham and Conner Branham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
