He is survived by: his children, Deanna (Bass) and Stormy Lee Dale; his daughter-in-law Lisa Dale of Centerview, MO; his brother Bill Dale; his sister-in-law Janis Dale (David Dale) of Clinton, MO; his grandchildren, Amber Loulos of Raytown, MO, Mason Bass of Lone Jack, MO, Kyra Walsh of Mayview, MO, Kelsie Gallegos of Odessa, MO, Aubrie Dale of Centerview, MO and Brodie Dale of Centerview, MO; and his great grandchildren, Jade, Joel, Evelyn, Mia, Joey, Paul and Hadley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
