He was predeceased by: his daughter Janice; his adoptive parents, Henry Mitchell and Retta Mitchell; and his brother Louis. He is survived by: his former wife Anna Elizabeth "Lesa" Rugemer; his wife Coleen S. Thompson Lee; his children, Marvin, Fred, Virgil, Andy, Carol, Lori and Andrew; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kevin, Aaron, Ashley, Erich, Kyle, Kalie, Vincent, Jaydon, Lilianna, Bentley, Riot and Mathew; his siblings, John, Michael, Joanne, Andrew, Robin and Mary Helen; and also David.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Recovery Lighthouse LLC and/or Evangelical Free Church.
