She is survived by: her husband William Phillips of Centertown; her children, Kenneth "Goob" Phillips (Nickie) of Centertown and Kelly Phillips-George (Daniel) of Centertown; her sister Mary Jan Affholder (Jim) of St. Louis; her grandchildren, Brooke George (Brett Welschmeyer), Briar Phillips, Jill George and Thorn Phillips; and her great grandchild Bayne Schnieders.
