She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray William and Rheena Opal Baker (Starr); her former husband Doyle Coots; her husband George Wissmann; her brother William R. Baker; her stepsons, Doyle W. Coots, Jr. and Roy A. Coots; and her grandson Travis Scott Coots. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
