He is survived by: his wife Melba Branch; his children, Joshua Kelsey, Jenna White (Durron), Patty Durr, Angela Campbell (Willie) and Laura Sayers; his grandchildren, Landon Kelsey (Autumn), Reagan Prenger, Joshua Durbin, Jordan Sayers, Ashlee Durbin, Emily Kelsey, Kaylee Goodman, Wyatt Lee, Kent Sayers and Sydney Hartley; his great grandchildren, Rylee Kelsey and Skylar Kelsey; and his siblings, Michelle Kelsey, Melissa Copeland, Pamela Kelsey-Lepper, Bedie Sonnier, Bobby Kelsey and Gary Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
