She was predeceased by: her parent Wayne Quinn. She is survived by: her parent Shirley Quinn (Burks); her husband Tom; her sons, Patrick Castrop (Raquel) of Jefferson City, Adam Castrop (Krista) of Jefferson City and Eric Castrop of Jefferson City; her siblings, Ron Quinn (Maureen) of Jefferson City and Shelia Davidson (Kevin) of Hartsburg; her grandchildren, Austin Castrop, Chase Castrop, Avery Castrop, Mason Castrop and Ethan Castrop; and her brother-in-law Kevin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Tamara Hopkins Patient Assistance Fund.
