We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2020, at the age of 28, Ryan Briggs Cowden of Center, Missouri, born in Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Briggs Cowden, Donald L. Utley Sr. and Marjorie Jean Utley. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Cowden and Kathy Utley Cowden; his daughter Olivia Cowden Mason of O'Fallon, MO; and his brother Kyle Foutes (Christy) of Center, MO. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousin.
