It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ray Petitjean of Center, Missouri, born in Wendelin, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Petitjean and Clara Rauch Petitjean; and his siblings, Eva Jean, Mary, Luann Schackman, Martha, Paul and William.

He is survived by: his wife Madonna Gibbons Gandy of Center, Missouri; his daughter Darlene Kappel of Center, Missouri; his siblings, Ruth Pettijean of Beaumont, Romana Russell (Joe) of Buma, Elizabeth Fletcher (John) of Olney and John Petitjean of Henderson, Kentucky; his sisters-in-law, Dee Petitjean of Martinsville and Mardell Gibbons Petitjean of Wenderlin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Paul Gandy, Dustin Kappel (Megan) and Jessica Swarnes; and his great grandchild Aiden Garrelt.
