He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Billman and Elizabeth Doll Billman; his wife Dorothy Marie Buschman; his brothers, Frank Billman and Jack Billman; and his grandchildren, Ayla Ruth Edwards, Gary Hahn, Jr. and Baby Hahn.
He is survived by: his children, Delmar "Skip" Edwards of Hannibal, Tim Billman (Kim) of Hannibal, Christine Walton (Roy) of Denton, TX, Kathy Austin of Jonesboro, AR and Michellaine Miller (Keith) of Fresno, CA; and his siblings, Leo Billman (Phyllis) of Lebanon, OR and Delores Wagner of Whitefish, MT. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
