He is survived by: his children, Larry Kozlowski (Karen) of Hull, IL and Heather Kozlowski (Chad) of Balston Spa, NY; his siblings, Walter Kozlowski (Shirley) of Waterford, NY and Shirley Simmons (Robert) of Waterford, NY; and his grandchildren, Barley Kozlowski, Kylee Schanbacher, Nathan Lang, Mason Lang and Ethan Nichols.
