He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam A. Brent and Janie O. Brent; his wife Baye W. Brent; his sons, James P. Brent (Teresa Eurom Brent) and Stephen P. Brent (Susie Matteuzzi Brent); his granddaughter Jamie Brent (Jordan Smith); and his great grandchildren, Maxwell and Wyatt Smith.
