He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolla Lee Utley, Sr. and Gladys Young Utley; his siblings, Rolla Utley (Polly) of Florida, Orville "Clinton" Utley of Bowling Green, MO and Donna Baker (George) of Monroe City, MO; and his daughter Jackie Dixon.
He is survived by: his spouse Marjorie Moore; his children, Kathy Cowden (Roger) of Center, MO and Don Utley (Angie) of Center, MO; and his grandchildren, Joshua Utley, Anthony Utley, Seth Utley, Elaura Utley, Kyle Foutes, Shawn Dixon and Ryan Cowden. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
