She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edward Coffman, Mike Harris, George Hurt, Bill Gauch and Jean Foxall; her uncles, David Hurt and Dennis Coffman; and her brother Travis Gauch.
She is survived by: her parents, Dana Hurt (Donna) and Patricia A. Coffman Gauch (Tyrone); her children, Jayden Nichols Hurt-Sullivan and Adelyn Rose Sullivan; her siblings, Shawn Inlow (Courtney), Dana Chad Hurt (Kayla), Joshua Purdy (Andrew), Tyler Gauch (Sara), Erica Coffman (Buddy), Nicole Bowler and Justice Runkles; and her grandparents, Mary Ann Hurt, Diana Harris (Bruce), Ken Foxall, Christy Bloodgood (Charles) and Beverly Hamilton. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
