He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clark and Linda Clark (Sanders); and his sister Debra Lynn Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Nicole Clark-Spycher of Forsyth, MO; his siblings, Christopher Clark of Moyock, NC, Sherry Cannady (Steve) of Forsyth, Donna Rogers (Marland) of Stafford, VA and Kimberly Rishel; and his grandchildren, Jake Spycher and Makenzie Davis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
