It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Duggan (Cedar Hill, Missouri), born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Duggan and Patricia Duggan (Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Diane Duggan (Manzotti); his children, Jennifer Duggan of Ballwin, Melissa Markus (Brandon) of House Springs, Rebecca Jacquin (Steven) of Cedar Hill and Missoui; and his grandchildren, Madison Duggan, Katherine Markus, Rachel Markus, Lucas Jacquin, Gabriella Jacquin and Kaylynn Jacquin. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
