He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Farrar; his children, James Farrar (Rachael), Jessica Stephens (Andrew), Kayla Lawing (Daniel), Amanda Farrar (Michael Newport) and Emily Ruth (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Hazel Farrar, Hadley Farrar, Kenley Stephens, Hank Stephens, Rylee Lawing, Wayland Lawing, Owen Newport, Taylor Ruth and Jeffrey "JJ" Ruth; and his sister Tina O'Brien.
