He was predeceased by: his parents, Pervis Sebaugh and Viola Hahs Sebaugh; his siblings, Dan Sebaugh, Ruth Jurick and Martha Holler; and his brother-in-law H. L. Holler.
He is survived by: his wife Snook Sebaugh; his children, Cheryl Martin (Jeff), Rodney Sebaugh (Ashley) and Elizabeth Prophitt (Israel); his grandchildren, Derek Martin (Morgan), Jordan Martin (Asia), Lindsey Martin, Grace Byram (Dustin), Katherine, Claire, Ashlynn, Henry Sebaugh, Elijah, Millie, Jeremiah, Sadie, Obadiah and Violet Prophitt; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Taya, Lucy, Jonathan Martin and Beau Byram; his brother Jim Sebaugh (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Linda Sebaugh and Gene Jurick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
