He was predeceased by: his stepmother Bernice Stump (Sharon Stump); and his daughter Stacy Dulle. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Stump of Fairview Heights; his children, Christopher Stump (Tanya) of Fairview Heights, Matthew Stump of Fairview Heights, Dana Watkins (Kip Campbell) of Granite City and Joe Watkins (Andrea) of Granite City; his grandchildren, Christopher, Kaden, Matthew, Kara, Max, Tina, Becky, Dana, Denny and Harrison; his brother John Thomas Lybarger, II (Kay); and his son Chris. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
