He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy J. Kelly and Doris R. Kelly; and his wife Janice Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Samantha Ellis (Brent); his grandchildren, Karly Ellis (Justin Livon), Tyler Ellis (Britany Young) and Lucas Ellis (Jade Lavoie); his siblings, Leslie Willis (Michael) and Kurt Kelly; and his nephews, Stephen Willis and Alvin Trusty (Melissa).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary-Cedar Hill (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
