He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milton Harvey Sr. and Blonnie Fetter; his children, Kim Harvey of House Springs, Kevin Harvey (Tanya) of Columbia and John Beisner of Valley Park, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Brannan Harvey, William "Bill" Harvey and Mackenzie Harvey; and his great grandchildren, Paisley Light and Mac Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the Fern & Russell F. De Greef Hospice House in Sappington, Missouri.
