She is survived by: her children, Rita Mitchell, Bobbie Strode (Michael) and Sharon Lockart (late John); her grandchildren, Theresa Thurmon, Monica Willis, John Travis, Jennifer Flint and Jim Jackson; and her siblings, Ann Chapman, Noble Richey and Burnastine Richey. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
