She is survived by: her children, Rubin Qualls (Kathy), Jamie Qualls (William Glass) and Guy Qualls (Carol); and her grandchildren, Dannielle, Stephanie, Joshua, Jennifer, Ashley, Christopher, Meagan, Guy, Nicole and Brandon. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family and friends.
