She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Slyke and Margaret Van Slyke; her son Daniel Cash; and her siblings, Sherie Renville of Ellensburg, WA, Robin Van Slyke of St. Louis, MO, Craig Van Slyke of Winfield, MO and Her (Russell Ogle) of Cedar Hill, MO.
