He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Richard and Augusta Rose McCarthy. He is survived by: his wife Hazel L. McCarthy; his children, Michael A. McCarthy, Patricia A. Norris (Ron), Robert A. McCarthy (Jean) and Mary Anne Lambert (Jeff); his grandchildren, Melissa, Kimberly, Rebeccah, Meghan, Thomas Joseph (T. J.), ElMarie, Loren, Benjamin and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Gavin, Kayla and Daniel; his brothers, Gerard R. McCarthy (Rosemary) and David F. McCarthy (Barbara); and his close friend Bobby. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
