He is survived by: his wife Melba Roy Hornung; his daughter Julie Repa; his fiancé Darrel Meiser; his grandsons, Brandon and Bryce Repa; his siblings, Dorothy Akers (Ryan) and Michael; his sisters-in-law, Patti, Betty and Janet; and also Keith Repa. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
