With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan N. Isbell (Cedar Hill, Missouri), born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on April 3, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, A. L. Northern and Ann West; her husband Oscar Isbell; and her siblings, Larry Northern of Dayton and Yvonne Leach of Owensboro, Kentucky..

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Frank Isbell (Marleen), Gary Isbell (Linda), Brenda Ruzicka (Dave) and Marilyn Kristoff (Adam); and her siblings, Ronnie Northern (Gail) of Owensboro, Wendall Thomasson (Myrna) of Cedar Hill, Sandra Chapman of Owensboro and Jerry Northern of Tampa, Florida.. She is also survived by grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
