He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blamy and Patience Blamy; his brother Ernest Blamy; and his son-in-law John Kozar. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Blamy; his children, Henry Blamy Jr. (Lisa) of Eureka, Mary Johnson (Mark) of New Baden and Patricia Kozar of Swansea; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Ferguson of St. Peters and Maria Peters of Herculaneum; his grandchildren, Megan, Henry III, Ashley, Michael, Shaun, Eric, Aaron, Mark, Jacob, Brooks, Brendan and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Briana, Tessa, Logan and Eston.
